Orthodontic treatment is the service of positioning the teeth into a more ideal alignment to provide improved function and aesthetics.
Often dental patients, who received orthodontics in their teens, subsequently stop wearing the retainer which held the teeth in the newly acquired position. Over time, the teeth, especially the lower dentition, naturally drift forward. Without retention, teeth begin to relapse and demonstrate crowding. The result of lower anterior crowding yields limited access for oral hygiene measures and less than perfect aesthetics.
Using intraoral imaging and CAD/CAM technology, Dr. Ray is now providing limited orthodontic services for mild crowding of lower anterior teeth.
