The dental practice requests payment as services are rendered. The office accepts payment via cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit card services. Dr. Ray does not contract with third party networks or dental insurance companies. As a courtesy, the office files all insurance claims electronically and payment is forwarded directly to the insured. Patients reportedly receive the allotted reimbursement within two weeks of filing the claim.
